Our service approach allows you deploy your network for a simple monthly fee

Tempo is built on a flexible architecture allowing the head end to reside at your facility or ours. In addition, our service model includes any edge devices necessary at remote sites, integration with your LDAP and LMS platforms, and our renowned customer service support. All of this is included for one monthly fee with no Cap Ex requirement.

Options:

• Tempo Media Core: Our on-premise solution. It consists of our servers containing our core platform, content distribution platform, encoders, transcoders, and network management system. All professionally integrated and maintained at your facility.
• Tempo Media Cloud: Our hosted solution. With this service, we provide the encoders that reside at your facility and move the other Tempo Media Core elements to our facility, where they are secure and managed under the watchful eye of our technical staff.

Included:

• Tempo Edge Solutions: Your service requirements and network limitations may require hardware to be deployed at edge locations in your network. For networks requiring edge caching, we have developed the Tempo Media Appliance to address your needs. In addition, we provide any IP Set Top Boxes and Display Monitors you might require, all built into our service fee.
• Network Integration: The security of your network requires integration with your Human Resource authentication systems. Training organizations require integration with their Learning Management Systems. These integrations are all included in our service.
• Service & Support: Our service offering fully leverages Globecomm’s customer services organization, providing software upgrades and maintenance, next-day hardware maintenance, installation and field services, 24/7 Help Desk Support, and a spares depot for your equipment for the term of your agreement.

Value Added:

• Network Connectivity: The Tempo service can be extended to include Internet CDN to reach your associates “on the go” or satellite connectivity to provide large-scale bandwidth to your remote locations.
• Additional Services: Our service can be expanded to meet your additional requirements, with option of Media Asset Management solutions, Broadcast Studio Design and Integration, or most anything else you can imagine.
